Job Summary: As a Content Creator at MGMT Consultancy Hub, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing our content marketing strategy. You will be responsible for producing high-quality, engaging, and relevant content that resonates with our target audience. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company growth and establish yourself as a key player in the content marketing field. Department: Content Marketing Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field Key Responsibilities: - Content Creation: Generate written, visual, and multimedia content that aligns with our brand and resonates with our target audience. This includes blog posts, articles, social media posts, videos, infographics, and more. - Research and Ideation: Stay updated with industry trends, conduct market research, and collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop content ideas that drive engagement and lead generation. - Content Strategy: Assist in developing and refining the content strategy to meet specific marketing goals and objectives. - Content Optimization: Optimize content for SEO to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic. - Editing and Proofreading: Ensure all content is error-free, adheres to brand guidelines, and maintains a consistent tone and style. - Social Media Management: Manage and schedule content across various social media platforms to increase our online presence and engage with our audience effectively. - Analytics and Reporting: Monitor content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies as needed to improve reach, engagement, and conversions. - Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, graphic designers, and other stakeholders to ensure content aligns with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives. Skills and Abilities: - Must be able to create content in Arabic - Proven experience as a Content Creator, Content Writer, or similar role. - Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail. - Proficiency in SEO best practices. - Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress). - Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends. - Basic graphic design skills and experience with design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus. - Excellent time management and organizational skills. - Creative mindset and a passion for content creation. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. Experience: Must have professional experience in consultancy work, finance, tax, or digital transformation.
