We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems related to our fire safety projects. This includes creating detailed electrical drawings, managing electrical contracting work, and ensuring all projects comply with the standards set by the Sharjah Electricity and Water Authority (SEWA). The role demands a professional who can seamlessly integrate electrical engineering principles with fire safety requirements to deliver top-tier solutions for our clients. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Electrical Design and Drafting: Develop comprehensive electrical drawings and schematics for fire safety systems, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications. Project Management: Oversee electrical contracting projects from inception to completion, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure timely and within-budget delivery. Installation and Maintenance: Supervise the installation of electrical components in fire safety systems and conduct regular maintenance checks to ensure optimal functionality. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all electrical work complies with SEWA regulations and other relevant safety standards, preparing necessary documentation for approvals. Technical Support: Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for electrical issues related to fire safety systems. Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry advancements and integrate new technologies and practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our electrical systems. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in electrical engineering, preferably within the fire protection industry. Certification: Valid SEWA certification or eligibility to obtain it, which requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in electrical design software and familiar with the latest industry standards and practices. Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
