Job Description We are hiring: Group Finance Director (Dubai, United Arab Emirates) Full-time, On-site We are an internationally structured corporate group with7 legal entities:three in the UAE,one in Saudi Arabia, andthree in Switzerland. To strengthen group-level financial leadership and performance management, we are seeking aGroup Finance Directorbased inDubai. This role is central to the organisation and will work closely with theCEO and Management Team, covering bothexternal reporting (IFRS)andinternal management reporting, includinggroup budgetingand performance reviews across projects and teams. Key Responsibilities Group Planning & Control - Leadgroup-level budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis - Establish and maintain group reporting standards, financial planning calendars, and performance routines - Provide structured financial insights to support executive decision-making External Financial Reporting (IFRS) - Oversee timely and accurateIFRS financial reportingacross group entities - Prepare executive-ready financial presentations for theCEO and Management - Coordinate with external auditors and ensure reporting quality and compliance Management Reporting & Performance Management - Build and deliver regularmanagement reporting packs(KPIs, dashboards, profitability, cash visibility) - Conductproject performance reviews(margin, cost control, productivity, outcomes) - Support leadership withemployee/team performance insightsthrough measurable finance-driven reporting Multi-Entity / Cross-Border Coordination - Drive consistency of reporting acrossUAE / KSA / Switzerland - Support consolidation and standardisation of processes across entities Candidate Profile - Minimum 3+ years of experienceinexternal financial reporting (IFRS) - Minimum 3+ years of experienceininternal/management accounting, including budgeting and performance reporting - Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate financial data into clear executive insights - Excellent Excel skills; ERP experience is an advantage - Comfortable operating in a senior-stakeholder environment and presenting to leadership Language Requirement - English, professional proficiency(written and spoken) Work Arrangement & Relocation Support - Full-time, fully on-site (no hybrid / no remote) - Dubai, United Arab Emirates - Visa provided - Accommodation support is available as an option, depending on the candidate's circumstances - Health insurance coverage How to Apply Please submit yourCVand a brief note outlining your relevant experience to[Confidential Information] with the subject line: Group Finance Director Dubai Direct applications only.
