In this role, the Group Finance Director will have overall responsibility for the financial health, governance and strategic direction of the Group. They will act as a key advisor to the Chairman, CEO and senior leadership team, providing high-level strategic input with detailed financial oversight. This supports capital raising, investment activity, M&A and portfolio performance across multiple jurisdictions. Key Responsibilities for the Group Finance Director Role Lead the Group’s financial strategy, ensuring alignment with overall corporate objectives Develop and implement robust financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes Oversee the preparation and timely delivery of accurate, transparent financial reporting across all group entities, in line with IFRS Partner closely with the Chairman & CEO on capital raising, including private equity, venture capital and debt financing Lead M&A activity, including financial due diligence, valuation, negotiation and post‑acquisition integration Contribute to the development and execution of the Group’s corporate and investment strategy Identify, assess and mitigate financial and operational risks across the Group Oversee treasury, cash‑flow management and capital allocation Build, lead and mentor a high‑performing international finance team, fostering a collaborative and performance‑driven culture Act as a key interface with investors, banks, auditors and external advisers Group Finance Director Candidate Profile Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent) Proven leadership experience in a senior finance role within a complex, multinational or investment‑led organisation Strong background in private equity, investments, corporate finance, capital raising and M&A Deep understanding of financial planning, analysis and reporting, with strong IFRS knowledge Experience managing cross‑border structures and international accounting standards Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior executives, investors and external stakeholders Highly detail‑oriented, proactive and results‑driven, with strong commercial judgement Comfortable operating in fast‑paced, demanding environments and under pressure Collaborative, relationship‑focused leadership style The Opportunity for a Senior Finance Leader This role presents an exceptional opportunity for a high‑calibre Group Finance Director in Dubai to play a pivotal role in the continued growth of a rapidly expanding, high‑growth investment group.
