What you'll bring - You’ll bring your unique personality and passion to the role and the team. - Previous experience in a high-end restaurant or fine dining environment. - You’ll have a collaborative approach to working alongside the Sous Chef in the development and execution of new menu ideas. - Experience with Basque or Spanish cuisine preferred - You’ll have strong leadership and organizational skills, ability to control costs, excellent attention to detail. - Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. You have great communication skills with a strong customer service ethic. - English is the primary language used in our hotel. You can comfortably communicate in this language. - Additional languages such as Spanish are an advantage.
