For partners operating primarily within your region, you will own the full strategic relationship and drive their transformation journey autonomously. What you'll do - Design AI transformation strategies and Go-To-Market Plans tailored to partner business models, industry landscape, and growth objectives - Serve as a trusted advisor to partner executives, building long-term strategic relationships and identifying opportunities for AI-driven innovation, business transformation, and competitive differentiation - Lead ServiceNow reference architectures and solution patterns, enabling partners to position how ServiceNow meets Business needs for their end customers - Stay current on product developments/releases to Evangelize, Co-Innovate and provide guidance to Partners and grow their expertise - Enable partners to design and deliver their own demos and Proof of Concept/Proof of Value engagements, coaching them on best practices for business outcomes and value realization - Help partners strategize monetization opportunities across all routes to market (Resell, Services, Managed Services, Store), challenging and encouraging them to grow revenue through innovative business models - Guide partners on translating their industry frameworks and operating models into ServiceNow value propositions aligned to business outcomes - Coordinate sales enablement around created solutions and joint go-to-market initiatives - Contribute to best practices, white papers, workshops, and thought leadership content - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Partner Manager, Customer-facing Teams, Partner Excellence Group, Partner Design Studio) to ensure Partner success.
