We need an experienced Marketing Strategist to lead our Marketing department. Your role will be to set clear objectives and create a successful marketing strategy for our company. As a Marketing Strategist, you'll be involved in tasks like designing digital marketing campaigns and conducting market research. We're looking for a creative and goal-oriented professional who can bring innovative ideas to help us reach our targets. If this sounds like you, we'd love to have you on our team

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute effective marketing campaigns.
- Analyse consumer behaviour and adjust strategies accordingly to enhance market positioning.
- Create and manage content for various marketing channels, including digital and traditional platforms.
- Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing.
- Manage and optimize online presence, including social media accounts, websites, and other digital platforms.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Prepare and present reports on marketing performance to the management team.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Marketing Strategist or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, branding, and campaign development.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in marketing would be a plus.

**Salary**:

- Starting from 5000 AED - 6000 AED Negotiable

**Special Requirement**:

- Immediate Joiner within a weeks’ time
- 1 Or 2 Years’ Experience is needed.

**Salary**: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

- Dubai (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Dubai: Relocate before starting work (required)
