Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement quality control procedures and inspection plans.
- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and quality tests to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Monitor and evaluate materials, equipment, and workmanship to ensure they meet quality requirements.
- Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, reports, and records.
- Identify and resolve quality-related issues, ensuring corrective and preventive actions are taken.
- Coordinate with project teams, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with ISO, industry regulations, and safety protocols.
- Assist in reviewing and approving technical documents, drawings, and procedures.
- Conduct training and awareness sessions on quality standards and best practices.
- Support internal and external audits and ensure proper documentation.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related field).
- 5+ years of experience in QA/QC roles in construction, manufacturing, or engineering projects.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in inspection techniques, material testing, and root cause analysis.
- Proficiency in QA/QC documentation, reporting, and compliance tracking.
- Familiarity with industry-specific software, tools, and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
