Role Description We are seeking a Process & SOP Specialist - Arabic Speaker for a full-time, on-site role located in Abu Dhabi. The Specialist will develop, document, and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs), analyze business processes, and provide recommendations for optimization. Responsibilities include collaborating with various teams to refine workflows, conducting training sessions to ensure alignment on processes, and ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations. The role requires continuous monitoring and analysis of existing procedures to drive consistent performance and improve efficiency. Qualifications - Proven expertise in Analytical Skills and Business Process Improvement - Strong Communication skills for fostering effective collaboration and client satisfaction - Experience in Training and coaching teams on processes and organizational standards - Proficiency in written and spoken Arabic and English - Familiarity with the real estate industry is an advantage - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
