Job Description Apollo Freight Solutions Group is one of the most dynamic freight forwarding and growth aggressive freight and transportation companies in the region, we have the exciting opportunity to hire talented Customer Acquisition Executive (CAE) for our freight forwarding services to join our Dubai talented team.The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills, Sales presentation skills, Networking and with a strong business acumen and strategy implementation. The Role: Customer Acquisition Executive (CAE) This is a high-impact, pure-acquisition role. The primary focus is to identify, qualify, and secure net-new, profitable accounts with strong emphasis on Road Freight (FTL and LTL), complemented by Air and Ocean services. Success is measured strictly by the volume and profitability of new business secured. Key Responsibilities and Deliverables: Aggressive New Business Acquisition; Systematically prospect, cold-call, and network to generate a pipeline of potential shippers, focusing on domestic and GCC road freight requirements. Specialized Solution Design: Expertise in selling and pricing Full Truck Load (FTL) and Less than Truck Load (LTL) solutions, including cross-border customs processes within the GCC. Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage the entire acquisition process from initial contact and consultative needs analysis through to final negotiation and contract closure. Profit-Driven Selling: Ensure all proposed solutions meet required Gross Profit (GP) margins by emphasizing service quality, reliability, and value over competing on price alone. Performance Accountability: Adhere to the established Minimum Monthly GP Target (MMPT) starting after the ramp-up period. Operational Collaboration: Work efficiently with the dedicated Sales/Operations Coordinator to delegate administrative tasks, ensuring accurate quoting and seamless handover to the operations team. Candidate Requirements: Experience: A minimum of 3 to 4 years of demonstrated success in an Acquisition or Hunter sales role is required. Industry Focus: Proven experience in selling Road Freight services (FTL/LTL) is essential. Experience across Air and Ocean freight is a significant advantage. Commercial Acumen: Proven ability to understand complex supply chain needs and translate them into profitable logistics solutions. Professional Discipline: Exceptional self-motivation, resilience, and a singular focus on achieving and exceeding new business profitability targets. Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the commercial landscape and trade regulations within the UAE and GCC is highly preferred. Compensation and Rewards: We offer a highly competitive structure designed for high earning potential and minimal administrative burden: Competitive Base Salary (AED 10,000 - AED 12,000 per month). Uncapped Commission: A high-percentage payout (15% - 18%) linked directly to the Gross Profit generated from new business, paid from the first dirham.
