Job Description We have an opportunity of Executive Assistant to CEO for Agri Community Client based at Dubai, UAE. Tittle: Executive Assistant to CEO Location: Dubai, UAE Reporting: Chief Executive Officer Experience: MBA Freshers / Early Career ROLE SUMMARY High-exposure role working directly with the CEO of a fast-growing international business. Designed for fresh MBAs seeking accelerated learning in leadership execution, strategy support, and global operations. Role may require traveling with the CEO to origin countries in Africa from time to time. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare Minutes of Meetings (MoM) and track action items Maintain a Master Action Tracker across teams and geographies (Trello / Asana / Notion) Drive follow-ups and execution discipline on CEO priorities Support strategic and cross-functional projects; flag risks and delays Manage CEO calendar, meetings, travel (flights, hotels, visas) Coordinate events, conferences, and CEO engagements Manage LinkedIn presence and assist with digital communication Handle ad-hoc, confidential, and time-sensitive assignments CANDIDATE PROFILE MBA (Freshers welcome) Strong communication, organization, and follow-through High ownership mindset; comfortable in fast-paced environments Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, Trello/Asana Willingness to travel internationally (Africa exposure) WHY THIS ROLE Direct exposure to CEO decision-making International business environment (Dubai + Africa) Steep learning curve with leadership growth potential Pathway to Chief of Staff / Strategy / Operations roles
