Are you a results-driven sales engineer with technical expertise in ventilation systems and strong market awareness? We're looking for a motivated professional to lead the sales of our ventilation solutions portfolio and expand market reach across the UAE. Key Product Scope Domestic Fans (toilet & kitchen exhaust, decorative units) Commercial Fans (inline duct, ceiling-mounted units, fresh air supply systems) Industrial Fans (high-capacity duct and mixed-flow systems) Smoke Extraction Fans (fire-rated, civil defense–compliant systems) Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a sales strategy for ventilation systems across UAE projects. Identify and engage with MEP consultants, contractors, developers, and facility managers. Conduct regular field visits, client meetings, and technical presentations. Provide technical submittals and support during tendering and procurement stages. Support the registration and prequalification process of ventilation systems with consultants and relevant authorities (e.g., Civil Defense), in coordination with the Business Development. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and propose business development opportunities. Collaborate with internal departments (procurement, marketing, operations) to ensure timely project delivery and customer satisfaction. Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Minimum 4 years of experience in HVAC/ventilation system sales within the UAE. Strong network with consultants and MEP contractors. Understanding of UAE regulations and authority requirements (e.g., DCD standards). Excellent communication, negotiation, and technical presentation skills. Valid UAE driving license is mandatory. This is a field-focused role with base office in Sharjah.
