Role: LLM Research Specialist

As an LLM Research Specialist at AICube, you will be responsible for researching, fine-tuning, and optimizing Large Language Models to enhance Qube, our AI-powered autonomous agent that interacts with software like a human. Your work will directly contribute to improving AI reasoning, execution accuracy, and automation efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. LLM Fine-Tuning & Optimization – Train and optimize state-of-the-art language models (GPT, Claude, Qwen, Llama, Mixtral) for task execution, decision-making, and multi-step automation.
2. AI Reasoning & Adaptability – Enhance LLM contextual understanding for complex task execution, error handling, and human-like decision-making.
3. Autonomous Agents Development – Research and implement strategies to improve tool use, multi-modal capabilities, and long-term memory for AI agents.
4. Reinforcement Learning (RLHF & RLAIF) – Apply reinforcement learning techniques to align LLM behavior with automation efficiency and real-world usability.
5. Scalability & Performance Optimization – Improve response times, inference efficiency, and deployable models for low-latency AI operations.
6. Collaboration with Engineering Teams – Work closely with ML engineers, software developers, and AI researchers to integrate LLM advancements into Qube's automation workflows.

Required Skills & Technologies

1. Machine Learning & NLP

- Experience with LLMs, transformers, and deep learning architectures.

- Strong understanding of self-supervised learning, attention mechanisms, and parameter-efficient fine-tuning (LoRA, QLoRA, etc.).

2. LLM Training & Optimization

- Hands-on experience with Hugging Face Transformers, OpenAI API, LangChain, and fine-tuning frameworks.

- Expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, or DeepSpeed.

3. Reinforcement Learning & AI Alignment

- Experience with RLHF, PPO, or preference learning to align models with user needs.

- Familiarity with vector databases (FAISS, ChromaDB, Weaviate) and memory-enhanced LLMs.

4. Autonomous AI Agent Development

- Knowledge of multi-agent systems (AutoGPT, BabyAGI, CrewAI, AgentOps).

- Familiarity with prompt engineering, function calling, and tool-use APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, etc.).

5. Software Development & Cloud

- Proficiency in Python and experience deploying models with API endpoints.

- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP, and AI-accelerated hardware (GPUs, TPUs, Triton).
