Proactively identify and research potential clients, target markets, and key industry trends to generate new business leads. Utilize various channels and tools including email, phone calls, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, professional databases, and industry events to prospect and engage potential leads. Conduct cold outreach (calls and emails) to establish contact and gauge interest in our products/services. Develop and maintain a targeted list of prospects and key contacts within the target organizations. Qualify leads to ensure they are a good fit for the sales pipeline. Effectively communicate the value proposition of our company and offerings to potential customers. Handle initial inquiries and provide essential information about the company. Nurture early-stage leads to keep them engaged until they are ready for a sales conversation. Accurately track all lead generation activities, prospect information, and qualification status i Maintain a clean and updated database of prospects. Provide regular reporting on lead generation performance, conversion rates, and pipeline development to management. Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure alignment on target markets, messaging, and lead hand-off processes. Contribute to the refinement of lead generation scripts, email templates, and outreach strategies based on performance data and market feedback. Stay up-to-date with new products/services and market competition. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in lead generation, sales development, telemarketing, or a related customer-facing role.
