We deliver tailored recruitment solutions across industries and work closely with our clients to understand their business goals and hiring needs. We are looking for a B2B Lead Generator to join our remote team. In this role, you will focus on identifying potential clients, initiating contact with decision-makers, and creating qualified opportunities for our business development team. Role Overview The Lead Generator will be responsible for researching companies, engaging with decision-makers, and generating qualified B2B leads for our recruitment services. This role requires a commercially minded individual with strong communication skills and the ability to connect with senior business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Research and identify potential client companies across target markets and industries. Conduct outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, and calls to introduce Foregrounds recruitment solutions to decision-makers (HR Directors, CEOs, Founders, etc.). Engage prospects to understand their hiring challenges and qualify opportunities for the sales team. Schedule discovery meetings and hand over warm leads to the business development team. Build and maintain a structured pipeline of B2B leads and track outreach performance in CRM tools. Collaborate with the team to refine messaging, targeting, and lead generation strategies. Consistently meet and exceed monthly KPIs for qualified opportunities. Qualifications & Skills Minimum 2 years of B2B lead generation or business development experience , ideally within recruitment, HR services, SaaS, or professional services. Proven track record of engaging with business decision-makers and generating qualified B2B leads. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative outreach approach. Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.), and email automation tools. Highly organised, target-driven, and self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Commercially aware and confident in initiating conversations with senior stakeholders. What We Offer Competitive fixed salary plus attractive commission based on converted leads.
