We seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Controller to join our dynamic team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary ranging from 15000 AED to 20000 AED per month. The Financial Controller will play a critical role in overseeing all financial activities ensuring accuracy compliance and efficient financial management. This role requires a strong understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and experience within the real estate sector. Responsibilities - Oversee all financial operations including accounting budgeting forecasting and reporting. - Develop and maintain internal control systems to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. - Prepare and analyse monthly quarterly and annual financial statements. - Manage the annual budgeting and forecasting process. - Monitor cash flow and manage working capital. - Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies. - Provide financial advice and support to senior management. - Supervise and mentor the finance team. - Ensure the timely and accurate reporting of financial information. - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency. Qualifications - Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field. - Professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACA ACCA CPA CIMA) is highly preferred. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial controller role. - Strong understanding of IFRS and relevant accounting principles. - Proven experience in developing and implementing financial controls. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel. - Experience with accounting software packages. - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
