**Job Summary**:
Tagway is seeking a **highly skilled Financial Controller** to oversee the company’s financial health, reporting, and compliance. This role will be responsible for **financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, risk assessment, audits, and regulatory compliance**. The Financial Controller will play a key role in **strategic decision-making and optimizing financial efficiency** to support business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Financial Management & Strategy**
- Oversee **financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting** to drive profitability.
- Monitor **financial performance, KPIs, and cost control measures**.
- Develop **strategic financial plans** to support business expansion.

**2. Financial Reporting & Analysis**
- Prepare and analyze **monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements**.
- Ensure **accurate reporting of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow**.
- Provide **financial insights and data-driven recommendations** to management.

**3. Cash Flow & Working Capital Management**
- Monitor **cash flow to ensure sufficient funds for operations and investments**.
- Optimize **accounts payable & receivable cycles** to improve liquidity.
- Manage **banking relationships and funding requirements**.

**4. Taxation, Compliance & Audit**
- Ensure **GST, TDS, corporate tax, and statutory compliance**.
- Lead **internal and external audits**, ensuring adherence to financial regulations.

**5. Risk Management & Internal Controls**
- Implement **financial controls to mitigate risks and prevent fraud**.
- Ensure compliance with **company policies, financial laws, and regulations**.
- Establish **strong internal financial procedures and checks**.

**6. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management**
- Lead and mentor the **finance and accounts team**.
- Collaborate with **directors, auditors, and tax consultants**.
- Work with **external stakeholders, banks, and financial institutions**.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: CA / CMA / CPA / MBA (Finance) preferred.
- **Experience**: 7-12 years in **financial management, reporting, and compliance**.
- **Industry Experience**: Tech, SaaS, or service-based businesses preferred.
- **Accounting software**: Zoho Books

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
