As an HR Intern, you will support various HR functions, including assisting in employee onboarding, maintaining HR records, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and coordinating employee benefits programs. You will also play a crucial role in providing administrative support, facilitating communication between employees and management, and contributing to personnel management and development initiatives. Qualifications - Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices - Understanding of HR Management, HR Policies, and their implementation - Familiarity with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management - Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in office productivity tools and HR software is an advantage - Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion - Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - Prior internship or coursework in HR is a plus
