As an HR Intern, you will support various HR functions, including assisting in employee onboarding, maintaining HR records, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and coordinating employee benefits programs. You will also play a crucial role in providing administrative support, facilitating communication between employees and management, and contributing to personnel management and development initiatives. Qualifications Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices Understanding of HR Management, HR Policies, and their implementation Familiarity with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in office productivity tools and HR software is an advantage Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Prior internship or coursework in HR is a plus Seniority Level Internship Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Human Resources #J-18808-Ljbffr
