Vice President, Head of Consumer Products & Solutions, CEMEA Team Summary This team is responsible for creating and delivering consumer value propositions across CEMEA, covering debit, credit, prepaid, and modern credentials like VFC. They design and implement capability roadmaps aligned with business strategies, develop new digital and technical features such as benefit platforms, and ensure consistency and scalability across markets. The team drives portfolio optimization, manages regional programs, and partners with market leaders to provide governance, share best practices, and enable region-wide solutions that can be localized. Their work directly supports revenue growth and profitability through innovative products and strong stakeholder alignment. Based in the Dubai Market Support Center this role reports to the SVP, Head of Product & Solutions, CEMEA and is a member of the CEMEA Product & Solutions Leadership Team and a key partner to the market Head of Product & Solutions in each CEMEA sub-region. What a VP, Head of Consumer Product & Solutions, CEMEA does at Visa: Design, develop, and deploy consumer value propositions across CEMEA markets, ensuring consistency, scale, quality, and speed to market. Oversee product portfolio including debit, credit, prepaid solutions, and modern credentials such as Visa Flex Credential (VFC). Develop new functional, digital, and technical capabilities, including benefit platforms that drive consumer preference for Visa. Create and implement capability roadmaps aligned with business strategies (e.g., Affluent strategy) to support regional growth objectives. Collaborate with global and sub-regional teams and market Consumer Payment Solutions & CVP leaders to ensure successful program governance and best‐practice dissemination. Lead portfolio optimization and management, driving revenue and profitability outcomes aligned with the regional scorecard. Manage large strategic partner contracts for benefit platforms such as insurance, concierge, airport lounge access, travel, dining, and entertainment. Drive team performance and talent management, including recruitment, career development, succession planning, and workforce agility. Represent Visa externally at forums, conferences, and client events to strengthen brand and market presence. Ensure compliance with Visa rules and product hierarchy requirements in support of new value proposition development and innovative solutions. Lead commercialization efforts, including client‐facing engagements in partnership with market Product & Solutions teams. By aligning global priorities with regional needs, the role ensures consistency, scalability and speed to market, directly influencing revenue growth and profitability. This leader is responsible for accelerating digital transformation, expanding product adoption and delivering revenue growth through innovative offerings like tokenization, installments, and mobile‐first payment experiences. Positioned on the regional leadership team, the role influences cross‐functional priorities, partners with Issuers and FinTech's, and ensures Visa remains the preferred payment network while advancing financial inclusion and aligning with Visa's long‐term vision to lead in digital commerce. What you will need: 15+ yrs experience in payments, digital commerce, banking, or technology at a senior leadership level. Advanced understanding of payment and commerce solutions and processes. Proven experience in both emerging and developed markets. Strong knowledge of agile solutioning practices, product management, and commerce business models. Track record in developing outcomes that span commercial and technical capabilities and architectures. Ability to develop or challenge commercial architectures with strong business acumen. Naturally inquisitive problem solver with strategic thinking capability. Strong analytical, quantitative, commercial, and project management skills. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills for executive‐level communication. Experience leading change programs within a business and building and leading high‐performing teams through cultural and transformational change. Ability to operate with discipline and tolerance for ambiguity, influencing multiple organizational levels internally and externally. Proven negotiation skills with a track record of delivering results. Focused on achieving strong financial outcomes for stakeholders. Business degree or MBA required. Visa is an EEO Employer.
