Job purpose:
The Vice President – Sales is responsible for driving the company's sales performance by developing and executing strategies that achieve revenue targets, expand market share, and strengthen customer relationships. Reporting to the Senior Vice President – Client Experience and Business Relations, this role provides strategic leadership to the sales function, ensuring effective team management, broker network development, and collaboration with marketing and project teams. The Vice President – Sales plays a key role in positioning the company's projects competitively, enhancing brand visibility, and delivering exceptional customer experiences across the entire sales lifecycle.
Key Accountabilities:
- Lead revenue forecasting and performance tracking by preparing regular progress reports to ensure alignment with revenue targets and enable data-driven decision-making.
- Design and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive sustainable revenue growth across all projects and developments.
- Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and market insights to develop data-driven customer acquisition and conversion strategies.
- Oversee recruitment, development, and retention of high-performing sales professionals, fostering a results-oriented and scalable sales organization.
- Implement sales enablement initiatives to provide the team with tools, training, and streamlined processes for enhanced efficiency and faster deal closures.
- Cultivate a high-performance culture through mentoring, coaching, and performance management to ensure targets are consistently exceeded.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with marketing, project, and leadership teams to align sales objectives with company-wide strategic goals.
- Champion customer relationship management practices to deliver outstanding client experiences and enhance brand loyalty.
- Regularly assess team performance, identify gaps, and reward excellence to promote accountability and professional development.
- Provide strategic insights, market intelligence, and recommendations to the Senior VP – Sales & CRM to capitalize on emerging opportunities and address potential challenges.
- Develop and oversee a seamless end-to-end customer journey, ensuring smooth engagement from lead generation to transaction completion.
- Support the business development function to drive new project acquisition, market expansion, and strategic partnerships.
- Develop and execute prospecting strategies such as roadshows, CPL campaigns, open houses, and targeted outreach events to generate qualified leads.
- Build and manage strong networks of international and local real estate brokers and agents to expand sales reach and lead flow.
- Oversee campaign management, media planning, and reporting to ensure optimal market positioning and sales performance measurement.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing dynamics to ensure competitive project positioning and financial optimization.
- Ensure high visibility of the company's projects locally and internationally through sales campaigns, partnerships, and investor engagement initiatives.
- Prepare and manage sales budgets and forecasts to support strategic financial planning, resource allocation, and growth initiatives.
Educational Qualifications, Work Experience and Skills required:
Educational Qualification & Certifications:
- Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Real Estate, or related field (mandatory).
- Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) with a focus on Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate Management (preferred).
- Certifications in real estate sales, customer relationship management (CRM), or leadership development is preferred.
Work Experience:
- Must have 12–15 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 5–7 years in senior leadership roles managing large sales teams.
- Proven experience in the real estate development sector, particularly across residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets, leading large-scale project launches, and overseeing complete customer acquisition cycles.
- Experience in establishing and managing broker networks both locally and internationally.
- Hands-on experience in off-plan property sales, real estate investment marketing, and high-value project sales.
Skills required:
- Strong strategic and operational expertise in developing and executing high-impact sales strategies.
- Deep knowledge of real estate trends, pricing structures, customer behavior, and market dynamics.
- Demonstrated leadership ability in building, motivating, and mentoring high-performing sales teams.
- Proficiency in lead generation, conversion optimization, and CRM systems.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at senior levels.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen to leverage sales metrics for decision-making.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and advanced reporting platforms.
