Freelancer | 3 months Contract

We are seeking a passionate and creative Content Creator to join our dynamic creative and social team. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, producing, and editing high-quality video and photo content that captures attention, drives engagement, and aligns with our brand identity.

Responsibilities:

1. Content Ideation & Development:

1. Brainstorm and develop original, engaging content ideas for various platforms (e.g., social media, website, email marketing) in collaboration with the creative and social team.
2. Stay informed about current trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms in the digital landscape.
3. Translate marketing objectives into compelling visual narratives that resonate with our target audience.

3. Content Production & Editing:

1. Plan and execute video and photo shoots, including location scouting, talent coordination (if applicable), and prop/equipment management.
2. Demonstrate proficiency in operating camera equipment, lighting setups, and audio recording techniques.
3. Edit and assemble raw footage into polished final products, incorporating music, sound effects, graphics, and other visual elements.
4. Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and meets technical specifications for various platforms.

5. Post-Production & Optimization:

1. Perform basic color correction and color grading to enhance the visual appeal of the content.
2. Optimize video and photo content for different platforms and devices, ensuring optimal viewing experience.
3. Archive and organize all project files for easy access and future reference.

7. Collaboration & Communication:

1. Collaborate effectively with the creative and social team to understand content needs and campaign objectives.
2. Communicate progress updates, challenges, and solutions proactively.
3. Be receptive to feedback and willing to iterate on creative concepts.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Content Creator, Videographer, or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of video and photo content.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Solid understanding of video and photo editing techniques, including basic color correction and color grading.
- Excellent storytelling ability and a keen eye for visually compelling narratives.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Agility and Flexibility: This role requires a high degree of adaptability and a willingness to work flexible hours.

Desired Skills and Experiences:

- Experience working with social media platforms and understanding of platform-specific content best practices.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
- Experience working with different camera equipment and lighting setups.
