We see Equiti as a new breed of broker, and we are on the lookout for talented individuals who can perform and excel in a dynamic and innovative working environment. Our Marketing department would like to welcome a detail-oriented Content Creator in our office in Dubai.

This role is perfect for an individual with a passion for YouTube and TikTok growth, skilled in crafting engaging video content that drives audience interaction, brand awareness, and platform expansion. The Content Creator will play a vital role in growing Equiti Group's YouTube and TikTok presence, producing compelling short and long-form videos for organic and paid channels that resonate with our target audience. This position reports directly to the Social Media Manager and will work closely with other content creators, designers, and copywriters as part of the global marketing team.

Additionally, the role will focus on promoting Equiti Gold, a new retail mobile gold ownership app, through engaging and educational video content. The Content Creator will also support podcast production, ensuring high-quality and engaging audio-visual storytelling.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and produce high-quality, engaging video content optimised for YouTube, Meta and TikTok.
  • Create engaging and dynamic content using iPhones and editing platforms like CapCut.
  • Grow YouTube, Meta and TikTok channels by implementing innovative content strategies that increase reach and engagement.
  • Work with the Social Media Manager to align video content with marketing campaigns and brand messaging.
  • Research trending topics, audience preferences, and competitor content to enhance video effectiveness.
  • Edit and optimise videos for maximum engagement, ensuring they adhere to platform-specific best practices.
  • Maintain and uphold Equiti Group's brand tone of voice, ensuring clarity, consistency, and ethical content.
  • Collaborate with designers and copywriters to develop scripts, captions, and supporting visuals.
  • Present content concepts and video strategies to the Social Media Manager and project stakeholders.
  • Produce engaging content for the promotion of Equiti Gold and other Equiti brands, helping to drive awareness and adoption.
  • Support in the production of podcasts, ensuring high-quality execution and engaging storytelling.
  • Manage multiple content projects simultaneously, from ideation to final execution.
  • Strong creative and storytelling abilities tailored for short and long-form video content.
  • Excellent understanding of YouTube and TikTok growth strategies, video editing techniques, and audience engagement tactics.
  • Ability to develop viral content that enhances brand visibility and drives social engagement.
  • Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, hashtags, and algorithm trends for YouTube and TikTok.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve video reach and engagement.
  • Experience in mobile-first content creation, using iPhones and other accessible tools to produce professional-quality videos.
  • High degree of self-motivation and ambition, with a proactive approach to content ideation and execution.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain brand consistency across multiple platforms.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to pitch ideas and articulate creative decisions.
  • Adaptability to fast-paced environments, managing deadlines and multiple projects effectively.
Experience Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in content creation for YouTube, TikTok, or digital media platforms.
  • Proven track record of growing social media channels, particularly YouTube and TikTok.
  • Experience working across multinational companies, ensuring messaging is effectively translated for global audiences.
  • Strong understanding of localization and accessibility best practices in video content.
  • Experience in developing content strategies that align with marketing objectives and audience engagement goals.
  • A portfolio showcasing video content, including social media campaigns, brand storytelling, and viral content.
  • Familiarity with YouTube and TikTok analytics, performance tracking, and engagement metrics.
  • Experience in supporting podcast production is a plus.
