  • Conduct thorough inspections of dry utility installations including underground and aboveground systems
  • Verify compliance with local national and international codes and regulations
  • Review and interpret technical drawings blueprints and specifications
  • Identify and report potential issues defects or safety hazards
  • Collaborate with contractors engineers and project managers to resolve technical issues
  • Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate documentation
  • Perform quality control checks on materials and equipment used in dry utility installations
  • Stay updated on industry standards technological advancements and best practices
  • Participate in project meetings and provide expert advice on dry utility matters
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and procedures at all times

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or related field
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in dry utility inspection or related field
  • Indepth knowledge of dry utility systems including electricity natural gas and telecommunications
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
  • Strong understanding of relevant codes and regulations governing dry utility installations
  • Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in using inspection software and tools
  • Relevant certifications in utility inspection (e.g. NACE API) preferred
  • Thorough understanding of dry utility installation maintenance and safety procedures
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
