As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you will report into the Head of Master Planning and Infrastructure and be responsible for managing all the Wet & Dry Services, Road NOC Approvals from our Design Studio at the Al Hudaiba Awards office in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the preparation, submission, and follow-up of NOC applications for road design and infrastructure works (wet & dry utilities).
  • Create and develop systems and infrastructures based on client preferences and industry standards, specifically for wet (water, sewerage, irrigation) and dry (power, telecom, gas) utilities.
  • Architect, supervise, and participate in the implementation of technologies and platforms supporting complex road and utility infrastructure projects.
  • Ensure high availability of infrastructure platforms, troubleshoot and remediate issues, and provide technical support.
  • Lead and direct infrastructure specialist teams, manage projects, and provide input into overall management, including workforce, budget, and technology roadmaps.
  • Work with technical architects to translate architectural designs into operations and support third parties in providing infrastructure services.
  • Review engineering drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with utility authority standards. Maintain and update records of NOC applications, approvals, and related documentation.
  • Act as the primary liaison between consultants, contractors, and utility authorities. Ensure effective communication and manage contracts.
