Team Management:

Financial Oversight:

  • Responsible for the monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) for this Sector.
  • Develop and execute annual growth targets, budgets, and forecast performance quarterly targets.

Leadership and Strategy:

  • Provide strategic leadership, fostering innovation and excellence in project delivery.
  • Contribute to the successful execution of multi-disciplinary projects by collaborating with other department heads and stakeholders.
  • Ability to grow the service lines through market intelligence and client relationships.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our key clients to maintain organic growth.
  • Client centric mindset who can establish new service lines or growth in new areas to the business.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.

Operational Excellence:

  • Establish and maintain robust operational processes to enhance efficiency and quality with particular emphasis on monthly profit margins and efficient project delivery.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices and manage the team capabilities inter-regionally in achieving this.
  • Strong understanding of the sectors pricing strategies for work winning and delivery of projects.
  • Ability to grow our resource centres to improve margin and offshore more work effectively.
Desired candidate profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Water Engineering, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 20 years of experience in water and utility network services, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in managing large, diverse teams and delivering complex engineering projects.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management and achieving growth targets.
  • Excellent client management skills with a track record of developing and sustaining client relationships.
  • Familiarity with regional regulatory frameworks and industry standards in the Middle East.
  • Exceptional strategic leadership and decision making abilities.
  • Ability to inspire, mentor, and lead diverse, multidisciplinary teams.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
