A leading provider of innovative banking solutions specializing in the development and deployment of cuttingedge technology to optimize financial services. We partner with global financial institutions to provide highquality software solutions and we are looking to expand our team with a talented and experienced Finacle Developer to support the development and enhancement of our Finaclebased solutions.

We are seeking an experienced Finacle Developer to join our IT team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have indepth knowledge of Finacle (core banking system) and possess strong programming skills. You will be responsible for designing developing testing and supporting Finaclebased applications ensuring they meet business requirements and are optimized for performance scalability and security.

Key Responsibilities:

Design develop and customize Finacle applications and modules based on business requirements.Write efficient and scalable code for integration with various banking systems and platforms.Work on Finacle customization and implementation including enhancements to the core banking system.Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing Finacle implementations ensuring high availability and performance.Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to analyze requirements design system architecture and deploy solutions.Perform system testing including unit testing and integration testing and ensure solutions meet quality standards.Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Finacle applications ensuring all issues are resolved promptly.Develop and maintain technical documentation for customizations configurations and system enhancements.Optimize Finacle applications and workflows to improve overall system efficiency.Stay uptodate with Finacle software upgrades and new features applying knowledge to improve system performance and functionality.Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies related to data security and privacy.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant Product experience in Finacle Core Banking product (Infosys/Edgeverve)
  • Working experience on Finacle 11 requirement and product capability along with Customization architecture
  • Experience in handling Finacle Interfacing requirements (Custom and Product APIs/Connect 24/Finacle Integrator)
  • Need to have experience of direct interaction with Clients

Technical Skill
  • Good understanding of Finacle Product Architecture & Customization layers.
  • Finacle customization flow understanding (New custom menu Reports MRT & Jasper Batch job Product menu customization FI EODBOD process and debugging)
  • Experience in best practices to be followed in Oracle (SQL PL/SQL Stored Procedures Triggers Functions) related to Finacle application.
  • Experience in Finacle scripting Unix shell scripting and Report designing.
  • Good understanding of Finacle Integrator and feasible enhancements to the same.

Functional Skills

  • Finacle Core Banking Functional knowledge
  • Good understanding of Banking domain and terminologies used.
  • Finacle certification from Infosys will be added advantage
  • Finacle CRM and Admin module (FINFADM/SSOADM)
  • Experience in following best Coding Security Unit testing and Documentation standards and practices
  • Experience in Agile methodology.
  • Ensure quality of technical and application architecture and design of systems across the organization.
  • Effectively research and benchmark technology against other best in class technologies.

Soft Skills

  • Able to influence multiple teams on technical considerations increasing their productivity and effectiveness by sharing deep knowledge and experience.
  • Selfmotivator and selfstarter Ability to own and drive things without supervision and works collaboratively with the teams across the organization.
  • Have excellent soft skills and interpersonal skills to interact and present the ideas to Senior and Executive management
