We are seeking an experiencedFinacle Developer to join our IT team in Dubai. The ideal candidatewill have indepth knowledge of Finacle (core banking system) andpossess strong programming skills. You will be responsible fordesigning developing testing and supporting Finaclebasedapplications ensuring they meet business requirements and areoptimized for performance scalability andsecurity.

Key Responsibilities:

Designdevelop and customize Finacle applications and modules based onbusiness requirements.Write efficient andscalable code for integration with various banking systems andplatforms.Work on Finacle customization andimplementation including enhancements to the core bankingsystem.Troubleshoot and resolve issues withexisting Finacle implementations ensuring high availability andperformance.Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams to analyze requirements design system architecture and deploysolutions.Perform system testing includingunit testing and integration testing and ensure solutions meetquality standards.Provide ongoing support andmaintenance for Finacle applications ensuring all issues areresolved promptly.Develop and maintaintechnical documentation for customizations configurations andsystem enhancements.Optimize Finacleapplications and workflows to improve overall systemefficiency.Stay uptodate with Finacle softwareupgrades and new features applying knowledge to improve systemperformance and functionality.Ensurecompliance with banking regulations and internal policies relatedto data security and privacy.

Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or relatedfield.
  • Minimum 5 yearsof relevant Product experience in Finacle Core Banking product(Infosys/Edgeverve)
  • Workingexperience on Finacle 11 requirement and product capability alongwith Customizationarchitecture
  • Experiencein handling Finacle Interfacing requirements (Custom and ProductAPIs/Connect 24/FinacleIntegrator)
  • Needto have experience of direct interaction withClients

TechnicalSkill
  • Goodunderstanding of Finacle Product Architecture &Customization layers.
  • Finaclecustomization flow understanding (New custom menu Reports MRT& Jasper Batch job Product menu customization FI EODBODprocess and debugging)
  • Experience inbest practices to be followed in Oracle (SQL PL/SQL StoredProcedures Triggers Functions) related to Finacleapplication.
  • Experience in Finaclescripting Unix shell scripting and Reportdesigning.
  • Good understanding ofFinacle Integrator and feasible enhancements to thesame.

FunctionalSkills

  • FinacleCore Banking Functionalknowledge
  • Good understanding ofBanking domain and terminologiesused.
  • Finacle certification fromInfosys will be addedadvantage
  • Finacle CRM and Adminmodule (FINFADM/SSOADM)
  • Experiencein following best Coding Security Unit testing and Documentationstandards and practices
  • Experiencein Agile methodology.
  • Ensure qualityof technical and application architecture and design of systemsacross the organization.
  • Effectivelyresearch and benchmark technology against other best in classtechnologies.

  • Able toinfluence multiple teams on technical considerations increasingtheir productivity and effectiveness by sharing deep knowledge andexperience.
