We are seeking a skilled and detailoriented Steel Painter to join our professional team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a Steel Painter you will be responsible for applying highquality protective and decorative coatings to steel structures equipment and components in various industrial settings.

  • Prepare steel surfaces for painting by cleaning sanding and removing rust or old paint
  • Mix and match paints according to specifications and color requirements
  • Apply primers paints and other coatings using brushes rollers or spray equipment
  • Ensure proper coverage and thickness of coatings to meet quality standards
  • Inspect completed work for defects and touch up as necessary
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures when handling paints and equipment
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule
  • Keep accurate records of materials used and work completed
  • Adapt painting techniques to accommodate Dubais extreme weather conditions

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience (23 years minimum) in industrial painting preferably with steel structures
  • Proficiency in various painting techniques for steel surfaces
  • Strong knowledge of paint mixing color matching and application methods
  • Familiarity with safety procedures and proper use of personal protective equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and blueprints
  • Physical stamina and dexterity to work in various positions and handle painting equipment
  • Understanding of corrosion protection methods and industrial coating systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in industrial painting is preferred
  • Safety certifications (e.g. OSHA) related to working with hazardous materials is a plus
  • Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Dubai
  • Familiarity with extreme weather conditions and their impact on painting processes
  • Detailoriented with a commitment to producing highquality work
  • Efficient and organized work habits
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Willingness to work in various weather conditions including high temperatures and at heights when necessary
