Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter to join our professional team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Painter, you will be responsible for applying high-quality decorative and protective coatings to various surfaces in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.

  • Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and removing old paint or wallpaper
  • Mix and match paints according to specifications and color requirements
  • Apply primers, paints, and other coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment
  • Ensure proper coverage and finish quality on all painted surfaces
  • Perform both interior and exterior painting tasks
  • Inspect completed work for defects and touch up as necessary
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures when handling paints and equipment
  • Collaborate with team members and other trades to complete projects efficiently
  • Keep accurate records of materials used and work completed
  • Adapt painting techniques to accommodate Dubai's extreme weather conditions
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
Qualifications
  • Proven experience (5 years minimum) in professional painting
  • Proficiency in various painting techniques for different surfaces (wood, drywall, metal, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of paint types, mixing, color matching, and application methods
  • Familiarity with safety procedures and proper use of personal protective equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and blueprints
  • Physical stamina and dexterity to work in various positions and handle painting equipment
  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in painting is preferred

  • Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Dubai
