This role demands a strong foundation in construction methodologies proficiency in SAP and SAP NetWeaver systems and hands‑on experience in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems. The Civil Engineer will collaborate closely with architects project managers contractors and site supervisors to ensure seamless project delivery. The successful candidate will contribute to sustainable development uphold NEC (New Engineering Contract) standards and apply interior design principles where applicable to enhance functional and aesthetic outcomes. Responsibilities Plan coordinate and supervise civil engineering aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. Prepare technical drawings specifications and project documentation using industry‑standard tools and software. Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure adherence to design plans safety standards and regulatory requirements. Utilize SAP and SAP NetWeaver systems for project data management resource allocation and progress tracking. Perform troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical systems on‑site using multimeters and diagnostic tools. Collaborate with architects and interior design teams to integrate functional and aesthetic design principles into construction deliverables. Ensure compliance with NEC contract standards and documentation throughout project lifecycle. Manage contractor performance resolve technical issues and maintain accurate project records. Monitor project budgets timelines and deliverables reporting progress to senior management. Maintain safety protocols and ensure all work aligns with UAE construction regulations and best practices. Requirements Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification (High School Diploma with 3 years of professional experience accepted). 45 years of hands‑on experience in construction project management or site supervision. Proven experience in civil infrastructure projects including foundations structures and utilities. Strong working knowledge of SAP and SAP NetWeaver for project data entry tracking and reporting. Proficiency in using multimeters and other diagnostic tools for electrical system troubleshooting. Familiarity with NEC (New Engineering Contract) standards and contractual documentation. Understanding of interior design principles for integrated building solutions. Valid UAE work visa or willingness to obtain sponsorship (50% visa support available). Must be male aged 38 years or below and of Indian Pakistani Syrian Egyptian or Lebanese nationality. Excellent problem‑solving skills attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Strong communication and coordination skills in Arabic and English. Willingness to work on‑site in Al Ain and adapt to dynamic construction environments.
