Vice President - Customer Proposition & Life Cycle ManagementThe Vice President – Customer Proposition & Life Cycle Management will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of the customer value proposition and lifecycle management for Affluent and Mass‑affluent segments. This includes developing, managing, and setting the strategic direction for these segments, driving innovation, growth, and disruption in customer propositions. The role focuses on active customer growth through effective onboarding, activation, cross‑sell strategies, portfolio management, and attrition reduction.
