Responsible for overseeing budgeting, financial planning and reporting, treasury operations, compliance, and risk management. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting executive decisions, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring sustainable financial performance in a regulated and high-compliance environment. Key Responsibilities - Lead the formulation and execution of long-term financial strategies aligned with corporate objectives. - Direct annual budgeting, long-term forecasting, and financial performance reporting to senior leadership. - Manage treasury operations, cash flow forecasting, and investment strategies to optimize capital usage. - Ensure full compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory frameworks. - Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks including market, credit, and operational risks. - Implement robust financial systems and technologies for improved reporting and control. - Build and lead a high-performing finance team through effective mentoring, training, and succession planning. - Drive cost efficiency, innovation, and financial governance across all units. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic plans and operational KPIs.
