Job Purpose The Senior Client Manager has account responsibility and focuses on analysing the client’s situation and business requirements. They influence clients to adopt ARC solutions, drive revenue and margin growth, and maintain relationships across key domestic market segments. Job ResponsibilitiesAlign with the sales strategy to achieve ARC strategic objectives. Create turn‑around solutions to meet sales plans, ensuring procedures and policies are implemented. Approach account management systematically, developing strategies to grow profitability. Conduct vulnerability analysis of ARC’s position versus competitors and vendors. Formulate and execute sales, marketing, and go‑to‑market strategies, managing product pricing, costing, and margins. Plan, develop, and implement tactical promotions and integrated marketing programs for target customer segments. Manage account growth through cross‑sell and up‑sell of existing and new customers. Penetrate existing accounts and expand new accounts and markets. Manage vendor relationships, ensuring targets and quotas are met. Negotiate with vendors on product, pricing, marketing activities, technical support, and sales rebates. Identify and develop partnerships with new vendors to support portfolio growth. Oversee operation management, including inventory, vendor rebate, marketing funds, and technical support. Manage product life cycles and pre‑sales architecture for large orders. Use ARC sales tools and methodology to manage accounts, opportunities, pipelines, and forecast. Build enduring relationships and understand client industry and strategy to identify future opportunities. Drive client satisfaction throughout the buying process, coordinating commercial agreements and aiming for revenue and margin targets. Coordinate with Head of Sales, Business Unit Managers, pre‑ and post‑sales teams, and Project Managers to support product marketing. Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the line manager within the scope of work.Job Requirements QualificationsDegree in Engineering or a related discipline. MBA is an added advantage.ExperienceMinimum 12 years of relevant industry experience. Hard core ICT Solutions (Infrastructure, Compute, Networking, UC, IT Security & Digital) sales experience preferred. Experience with reputed ICT System Integrators in the UAE. Track record of closing large ICT solution orders.CertificationRelevant vendor certifications.Knowledge & SkillsStrong IT technical and industry knowledge. Teamwork, written, verbal communication, and presentation skills. Excellent relationship building, negotiation, and influencing skills.
