**Job Summary:**As a seasoned Python engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and optimizing our company's backend systems. Your focus will be on ensuring reliability, scalability, security, and user experience.Key Responsibilities:Develop robust backend systems that can handle sudden influxes of user activities or transactions.Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimize system performance.Collaborate with the team to design, build, and optimize high-performance platforms.Requirements:Technical Skills:Strong experience with Python (Flask, Requests, FastAPI, REST-API, peewee, pandas).Database Mastery: Strong SQL knowledge (PostgreSQL).Version Control & Development Practices: Proficiency in Git Flow, Docker containerization, TDD/BDD.Operational Proficiency: Understanding and hands-on experience in SDLC, Kubernetes, pipelines, CI/CD patterns and strategies, ongoing support (Grafana, Kibana).Cloud Platforms: Understanding of Cloud Native applications principles and basic knowledge of resources and use cases for public cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP).Events streaming: Understanding of event-driven architecture (Kafka or similar solutions).Business level proficiency in English or above (equivalent to B2 or above in CEFR).Soft Skills:Effective communication skills, especially with teams responsible for security, operations, product.Ability to tackle investigate complicated problems converting them to tasks.Demonstrated capability to adjust to quick technological shifts evolving business requirements.Readiness to take ownership issues as well as demonstrate accountability for results outcome.Benefits:Competitive salary, work-life harmony, annual performance bonus, generous time off, employee referral program, comprehensive health pension benefits, volunteer days, and more.
