**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in Python development with a strong understanding of Python frameworks such as Django or Flask.
- Solid knowledge of Node.js and its various frameworks for backend development.
- Proficiency in database design and implementation, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Extensive experience in API design and implementation, including RESTful APIs and API authentication methods.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop scalable backend systems.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve backend-related issues and bugs.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.
