About Your Team You will report to the Technical Manager and play a pivotal role within the Technical Department, preparing highly accurate shop drawings and production files for bespoke joinery items. You will work closely with designers, engineers, and factory teams to ensure seamless production, compliance with design intent, and excellence in execution. Your Role As a Draughtsman, you will manage the technical drawing process for custom furniture and joinery projects from concept to factory release. Your responsibilities will include:Creating precise 2D/3D CAD+T drawings for bespoke joinery items Generating machine‑ready files, cutting lists, and BOMs Coordinating with production to resolve technical challenges Managing drawing versions and ensuring alignment with project requirements Optimizing materials and supporting quality control during productionWhat We’re Looking For Experience: 5+ years in joinery drafting and production detailing Knowledge: CAD+T, CNC file preparation, cutting list optimization, architectural interpretation Expertise: AutoCAD, MS Office, and a strong understanding of joinery manufacturing and standards Top SkillsTechnical qualification in drafting, joinery, or related field Strong CAD+T proficiency and factory drawing knowledge Excellent attention to detail and dimensional accuracy Ability to coordinate with design, engineering, and production teams Commitment to documentation control and quality standardsWhat We OfferThe chance to contribute to some of UAE’s most iconic projects A collaborative, supportive environment that values innovation and excellence Opportunities for professional growth and career progressionReady to elevate your career?
