**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and develop **MEP drawings** including HVAC, plumbing, drainage, fire-fighting, and electrical layouts.
- Produce **coordinated shop drawings**, single-line diagrams, schematic diagrams, and as-built drawings.
- Work closely with MEP engineers to convert design concepts into detailed drawings.
- Update and revise drawings based on site conditions, engineering instructions, and project changes.
- Ensure compliance with **MEP standards, codes, and project specifications**.
- Maintain drawing logs, documentation, and version control.

**Qualifications & Skills Required**:

- Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or MEP Engineering.
- Proficiency in **AutoCAD (2D/3D)**.
- Minimum **1-3 years of experience** as an MEP draughtsman.
- Strong understanding of **MEP systems** and drafting standards.
- Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings, specifications, and site instructions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,600.00 per month
