We are seeking an Educational Psychologist to assess and support children and young people with learning, developmental, and emotional challenges within educational contexts. You will work collaboratively with families, schools, and our multidisciplinary team to promote positive learning outcomes.

Conduct psychoeducational assessments and produce detailed reports

Develop recommendations for learning support and school accommodations

Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and parents

Provide consultation to schools on SEN, SEND, and inclusion

Deliver therapeutic interventions for academic and emotional difficulties

Support students through educational transitions

Conduct research and contribute to best-practice guidelines

Doctoral or Master's degree in Educational Psychology

Valid DHA, DOH, or MOHAP licence (or eligibility to obtain)

Minimum 2 years experience in educational psychology practice

Strong knowledge of learning disabilities and developmental disorders

Experience with IB, IGCSE, or UAE curriculum systems

Knowledge of KHDA/ADEK assessment frameworks

This role requires a valid UAE healthcare professional licence issued by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA), Department of Health Abu Dhabi (DOH), or Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP). Applicants must hold, or be eligible to obtain, the relevant licence before providing services. Licensing requirements must comply with UAE regulations.

2+ years educational psychology practice

School-based assessment experience

WPPSI/WISC/WAIS administration

Compensation
Earn 75% commission on all completed and fully paid therapy sessions, intervention programmes, and approved consultation services.
Commission is based on completed appointments that have been paid by the client.
Payments are processed monthly.
Independent contractor position.
Therapists are responsible for maintaining all required professional licences, registrations, insurance, and legal compliance.
