Workspace Online (where professionally appropriate) Client's home (where suitable) Therapist's clinic or private practice Schools Hospitals or medical facilities (where applicable) Wellness centres Freelance / Contract Role Overview We are seeking an Educational Psychologist to assess and support children and young people with learning, developmental, and emotional challenges within educational contexts. You will work collaboratively with families, schools, and our multidisciplinary team to promote positive learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct psychoeducational assessments and produce detailed reports Develop recommendations for learning support and school accommodations Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and parents Provide consultation to schools on SEN, SEND, and inclusion Deliver therapeutic interventions for academic and emotional difficulties Support students through educational transitions Conduct research and contribute to best-practice guidelines Minimum Qualifications Doctoral or Master's degree in Educational Psychology Valid DHA, DOH, or MOHAP licence (or eligibility to obtain) Minimum 2 years experience in educational psychology practice Strong knowledge of learning disabilities and developmental disorders Preferred Qualifications Experience with IB, IGCSE, or UAE curriculum systems Knowledge of KHDA/ADEK assessment frameworks UAE Licensing Requirements This role requires a valid UAE healthcare professional licence issued by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA), Department of Health Abu Dhabi (DOH), or Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP). Applicants must hold, or be eligible to obtain, the relevant licence before providing services. Licensing requirements must comply with UAE regulations.
