We soon diversified to provide Omnichannel Distribution Services for Banks with the launch of Markai Commercial Brokers LLC. The objective of this firm is to help our banking partners. Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Relationship Officer located in Abu Dhabi. The Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, understanding their banking and financial needs, and offering suitable banking products and services. Daily tasks include client consultations, providing finance‑related advice, coordinating with financial institutions, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and customer service. The Relationship Officer will also maintain thorough knowledge of all banking products and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Manage and nurture client relationships Understand client banking and financial needs Offer suitable banking products and services Conduct client consultations and provide finance‑related advice Coordinate with financial institutions Achieve sales targets through effective communication and customer service Maintain thorough knowledge of banking products and ensure customer satisfaction Qualifications Business Relationship Management skills Finance knowledge and expertise Sales experience and skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field Experience in the banking or financial industry is a plus Proficiency in using CRM software and relevant digital tools Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full‑time Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Markai Commercial by 2x.
