Coordinate with development, infrastructure, database, and vendor teams for issue resolution.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and recommend preventive measures.
Monitor application health, batch jobs, interfaces, and service availability.
Support production releases, deployments, and post-implementation
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.7+ years of experience in Banking and Wealth Management technology.
Strong understanding of Wealth Management and Core Banking experience in Business Analysis and Production Support roles.
Experience working with third-party vendors and multiple stakeholder groups.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
