We are seeking a strategic and people-focused Learning & Development Manager to support organizational growth through effective learning, development, and capability-building initiatives. The role involves identifying development needs, designing learning programs, coordinating training activities, and evaluating the effectiveness of development initiatives.
Key responsibilities
include assessing organizational and employee development needs, developing structured learning plans, coordinating internal and external training resources, managing learning materials and platforms, monitoring participation and outcomes, and supporting leadership and professional development programs. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to strengthen organizational capabilities, encourage continuous learning, and align development initiatives with business objectives. Strong communication, organization, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills are essential. Qualifications
Strong understanding of learning and development principles Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and project management abilities Ability to identify learning needs and develop structured programs Strong analytical and evaluation skills Familiarity with learning management systems and digital learning tools Ability to create clear and engaging learning materials Strong stakeholder coordination and relationship-building skills Excellent attention to detail and follow-up abilities Ability to manage multiple learning initiatives effectively Proactive, adaptable, and people-focused mindset
