Job description: Job Opening – Social Media Growth Specialist (Interior Design Focus) Platforms: Instagram & TikTok We are seeking aSocial Media Growth Specialistwith aclear understanding of the interior design and fit-out industryto help grow and elevate our presence on Instagram and TikTok. This role requires someone who canthink like a designer, communicate design ideas clearly, and appearconfident and professional on camerawhile working closely with the interior design and multimedia teams. Core Objective of the Role To grow our social media platforms by creatingdesign-intelligent, trend-aware, and visually credible contentthat reflects real interior design expertise not generic lifestyle or influencer-style posting. Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and executesocial media growth strategiesfor Instagram and TikTok. Translateinterior design concepts, tips, site moments, and design thinkinginto engaging short-form content. Appearon camera when requiredto explain design ideas, trends, or insights in a clear and confident manner. Work closely with theinterior design teamto understand projects, concepts, and execution details. Coordinate with themultimedia designerto guide content direction based on performance and trends.Stay updated on social media trends while ensuring content remainsaligned with a professional design brand. Engage with the audience through comments and DMs when needed. Collect and organize project photos/videos to support ongoing content creation.Mandatory RequirementsGoodunderstanding of the interior design / interior fit-out industry(education, work experience, or proven exposure). Comfortable andpresentable on camerawith clear communication skills. Proven understanding ofInstagram & TikTok content behavior and growth mechanics. Creative, trend-aware, and experimental mindset. Ability to work closely with designers and respect design language and brand tone. Arabic fluency is mandatory. Applications without Arabic proficiency will not be considered. UAE-based;remote or overseas candidates will not be considered.
