**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute engaging social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
- Create compelling visual content, including videos, graphics, and posts using Adobe tools.
- Manage and maintain the company's social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a sense of community around the brand.
- Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize results.
- Handle client inquiries and communication through social media platforms, providing excellent customer service and support.
- Assist in sales activities, including lead generation, follow-ups, and closing deals.
- Prepare and manage documentation such as quotations and invoices for sales transactions.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align social media efforts with overall business objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2 years of experience in social media marketing or related roles (freshers with relevant coursework are welcome).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator, for content creation.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of sales processes and experience in handling client interactions is advantageous.
