Maintain accurate production logs, shift reports, material usage records, and documentation for audit purposes. Coordinate with maintenance, quality control, procurement, and warehouse teams to support uninterrupted production. Conduct toolbox talks, staff training, and performance evaluations to enhance team competency. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, implement lean manufacturing practices, and optimize resource utilization. Support new product trials, process modifications, and production line enhancements.Essential QualificationsDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering or any relevant technical discipline. 3 to 5 years of experience in production supervision within a manufacturing or industrial environment, preferably in the GCC region. Strong understanding of production processes, equipment operations, and quality systems.Skills RequiredLeadership and team supervision capabilities. Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and decision‑making skills. Knowledge of lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement principles. Hands‑on experience with production planning, machine operation, and workflow control. Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate with cross‑functional departments.
