The position requires careful comparison of transformed content, identification of missed or incorrectly handled Personally Identifiable Information, and clear documentation of discrepancies. Through systematic review and evidence-based validation, the role helps protect data integrity, strengthen privacy controls and ensure project outputs meet defined quality ResponsibilitiesReview documents containing Personally Identifiable Information for accuracy, completeness and appropriate handling.
Examine transformed documents to determine whether sensitive information has been processed correctly.
Conduct systematic spot-checks across document sets to identify missed information and transformation errors.
Detect inconsistencies affecting data quality, formatting, structure or privacy.
Flag potential privacy concerns and clearly identify the affected document content.
Verify whether transformations preserve required information while protecting sensitive review findings in a clear and consistent manner.
Provide concise rationale explaining why an issue has been identified.
Answer qualitative review questions using evidence available within the assigned documents.
Distinguish genuine data quality problems from acceptable variations in transformed content.
Apply defined review criteria consistently across large document volumes.
Check documents for incomplete redaction, incorrect substitutions or other PII-related issues where applicable.
Identify duplicate, missing, malformed or inconsistent information during validation activities.
Maintain strong attention to detail when reviewing repetitive or high-volume ambiguous cases when available evidence does not support a reliable with project teams to clarify review requirements and interpretation standards.
Incorporate project guidance and feedback into subsequent validation work.
Maintain confidentiality when working with sensitive or regulated established data handling and privacy procedures throughout the review process.
Support continuous improvement by identifying recurring error observations that help project teams strengthen transformation and quality assurance processes.

Ideal ProfileExperience in document review, data quality, quality assurance, privacy, compliance or a related field is preferred.
Previous exposure to documents containing sensitive, confidential or regulated information is highly valuable.
Strong understanding of Personally Identifiable Information and responsible data handling practices.
Experience conducting quality spot-checks or auditing large volumes of documents or approach to identifying errors, inconsistencies and privacy issues.
Ability to explain findings clearly and support decisions with concise reasoning.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable answering qualitative questions during document validation activities.
Ability to follow detailed review instructions and apply standards consistently.
Strong attention to detail when comparing source and transformed in compliance, legal review, data privacy or eDiscovery is advantageous.
