Procurement Manager Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled procurement manager to oversee end-to-end procurement activities for CAPEX, OPEX, and services.Manage sourcing, vendor evaluation, negotiation, and purchase order creation.Review daily purchase requisitions from assigned departments, conduct market analysis, request quotations, and perform price benchmarking.Ensure purchased materials/services meet required specifications and regulatory standards.Key Skills:Strong ownership and accountability with a results-driven mindset.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.In-depth understanding of pharmaceutical procurement and industry-specific requirements.What You'll NeedBachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.Proficient in SAP, MS Office, and procurement tools.Minimum 5-7 years of procurement experience in a pharmaceutical or regulated industry.The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through effective procurement strategies. They will manage relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. A strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and its specific challenges is essential for this role.
