Our core values: Respect, Collaboration, Innovation, Integrity, Compassion. Summary of Responsibilities Responsible for procurement of secondary materials and primary packaging. P.O follow‑ups for PPM/SPM and R&D. Sourcing new suppliers, ensuring purchased products meet specifications, negotiating purchase terms, evaluating supplier performance, ensuring timely deliveries and resolving discrepancies until payments to vendors. Manage Julphar Procurement activities including secondary packaging materials and PPM for both local and overseas. Key Result Areas Manage procurement activities of secondary and primary packaging materials. Monitor daily releases of purchase requisitions, send enquiries, check historical prices, and deliver materials as required. Obtain offers from approved vendor list, negotiate price and payment terms. Gain managerial approval using comparative sheets, create POs, get releases, and share with vendors. Research and identify prospective suppliers. Maintain strong supplier relationships and effective communication. Comply with company policies, procedures, regulatory standards. Handle GMP‑QMS activities (Change Controls, CAPA, Deviations as applicable). Finalize freight via comparative sheet, arrange MOH approval, freight forwarder nominations, pre‑alert documents, and follow‑up for shipment clearance. Update SAP system with delivery, shipping documents and status. Maintain filing of all documents. Coordinate with other departments for smooth execution. Core Competencies Accountability & ownership. Strong understanding of pharmaceutical business with excellent negotiation skills. Solution‑centric mindset for rapid issue resolution, cost consciousness, prioritization, multi‑task orientation. Organized, self‑motivated learner of new systems. Open mindset to process, system changes and adaptability; clear oral and written communication. Ability to manage resources and achieve results, with leadership capacity. Proficiency in MS Office, SAP and related applications. Qualifications and Functional Knowledge Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmaceuticals, Supply Chain or related field. Experience in procurement and supply chain for the pharmaceutical industry. Good user of MS Office, SAP, and other related applications.
