As we expand into the UAE and the broader MENA region, our Dubai office will serve as a central hub for partnerships, client development, and regional operations.The Part Sales Associate will focus on selling spare parts from Fly Alliance’s inventory to customers across the Middle East, Africa, and global markets. This role combines proactive sales, inventory management, and customer service while helping strengthen Fly Alliance’s footprint in the region.ResponsibilitiesSales Execution: Manage and respond to incoming parts requests by preparing accurate, timely, and competitive quotes, while achieving monthly sales targets that drive revenue growth across existing and new inventory.Customer Support & Account Management: Engage and support customers across the UAE and MENA region with proactive outreach, dedicated account management, and timely follow-ups on all quotes and inquiries to ensure exceptional service.Operations & Logistics: Oversee shipping and receiving processes, coordinating with logistics providers and freight forwarders, and tracking customer core returns, repairs, and overhaul status for assigned inventories.Market Intelligence: Conduct ongoing research into regional demand, pricing trends, and repair/overhaul opportunities to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.Product Management: Maintain accurate and updated engine and APU spec sheets, and manage advertising initiatives across regional sales channels to maximize market visibility.Relationship Development: Build and strengthen partnerships with regional operators, MROs, and trading partners to expand Fly Alliance’s sales network and reinforce brand presence.Process Improvement: Continuously enhance sales processes by refining quote tracking, reporting, and customer feedback integration, ensuring more efficient operations and improved client outcomes.QualificationsMinimum 3 years’ proven experience in aviation parts sales, trading, or MRO environment.Strong knowledge of aircraft components, repairs, and aftermarket support.Existing regional network with operators or parts brokers is a plus.Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and CRM systems.Ability to exercise sound judgment in negotiations and customer interactions.Fluency in English required; proficiency in Arabic or additional languages is an advantage.Must be authorized to work in the United Arab Emirates.Based in Dubai, office-based with regular customer and vendor interaction.Frequent use of computer systems, phone, and office equipment.Occasional handling of parts/materials up to 10 kg.Collaboration across multiple time zones with U.S. and global teams.TravelTravel will be required within the UAE and broader MENA region for client meetings, industry events, and relationship-building opportunities.Occasional international travel may be necessary to support global client engagements, attend trade shows, or participate in company training programs.Flexibility is expected, as travel may include evenings, weekends, and short-notice trips to meet client and operational needs.RequirementsExisting required education/experience as noted above.Base salary plus commission; standard benefits may apply.Direct Reports: Not specified in the provided description.Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United Arab Emirates; based in Dubai; office-based with regular customer and vendor interaction.Compensation & BenefitsClassification: Base Salary Plus CommissionStatus: Full TimeHousing and transportation allowance packaged into salary.30 days paid annual leave plus UAE public holidays.
